Our story

We started with a pressure washer and a ladder rack.

Platinum Edge Services is the operating name of BMP Services, LLC, a locally owned exterior cleaning company based in Prescott, Arizona. Dalton runs the equipment and the crews, and our office manager handles scheduling, quotes and vendor paperwork — so nothing gets lost between a phone call and a truck showing up.

We built the business on window cleaning and pressure washing for homes and small commercial properties. Then a friend put us in front of the fleet manager at a regional gas utility, we washed their service trucks, and we figured out something important: fleet work is what we’re actually best at.

It rewards exactly the things we do well. Showing up when we said we would. Running the same crew so the standard never drifts. Working around somebody else’s dispatch schedule instead of our own — early mornings before crews roll out, evenings, weekends, whatever the operation needs. Handling the paperwork procurement asks for without complaining about it. And knowing the difference between what a wrapped box truck needs and what a mud-packed excavator needs.

So that is where we put our equipment and our schedule. We still do commercial windows and pressure washing, and we still work with builders around the Quad Cities. But fleet washing is the business now.
