We only collect what we need to quote and perform work for you:

• Contact information you give us — your name, company name, phone number, email address and service address or yard location.
• Service details you give us — fleet size, vehicle types, the work you want done, site conditions, environmental or permit requirements, and scheduling preferences.
• Communications — the content of emails, text messages, voicemails and form submissions you send us, and our replies.
• Basic website analytics — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site, collected through standard web analytics and advertising tools.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers or payment card numbers through this website.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your quote request, question or service inquiry
• Prepare estimates and schedule, perform and follow up on work
• Send invoices and handle billing
• Communicate with you by phone, email and — if you have opted in — text message

Text messaging (SMS) and your mobile number

If you check the optional SMS consent box on one of our web forms, you are agreeing to receive text messages from Platinum Edge Services (BMP Services, LLC) at the mobile number you provided. These are conversational service messages about your estimate, scheduling, appointments, job updates, invoices and follow-up questions about your service.

Checking that box is optional. You can submit any form on this site without checking it, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any service from us.

We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described in the “How we share information” section below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, other than the messaging service providers we use strictly to deliver our own messages to you.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only in these limited situations:

• Service providers. Vendors who help us run the business — our phone and messaging provider, email provider, website host, scheduling and invoicing software, and payment processor. They may only use the information to provide services to us.
• Legal requirements. When we are required to by law, subpoena, or a lawful government request, or when necessary to protect our rights, safety or property.
• Business transfer. If the business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.

As stated above, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is excluded from all of these categories and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and to measure traffic and advertising performance. We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta (Facebook) advertising tools. These tools may set cookies that help us understand which ads and pages lead to inquiries.

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to provide services and to meet tax, insurance, warranty and legal recordkeeping obligations — generally up to seven years for completed jobs. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

• Ask us to correct information that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations
• Unsubscribe from text messages by replying STOP
• Ask us to stop calling or emailing you
