Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 9, 2026

These terms apply to the Platinum Edge Services website, our text messaging program, and the services we provide. Please read the messaging terms in section 2 if you have opted in to receive text messages from us.

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of platinumedgeservices.com and any communications you have with us through this website, including text messages you receive after opting in. By using this website or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

BMP Services, LLC is an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Platinum Edge Services.

2. Text messaging (SMS) program terms

2.1 Program description

Platinum Edge Services (BMP Services, LLC) operates a conversational customer service and account notification text messaging program. If you opt in, we may send you text messages about your estimate or quote, appointment scheduling and confirmations, crew arrival and job status updates, invoices and payment reminders, and follow-up questions about the service we performed for you. This is a service and account-notification program. It is not a marketing or promotional blast list.

2.2 How to opt in

You can opt in to receive text messages from us in either of these ways:

  • By checking the SMS consent checkbox on a quote or contact form on this website and submitting the form with your mobile number. That checkbox is optional — the form can be submitted without it.
  • By texting us first. If you send a text message to our business number at (928) 227-5725, you are asking us to reply to you by text about your request.

We do not add anyone to our text messaging program without one of these actions. We do not buy, rent or import phone number lists.

2.3 Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us and the status of your job. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates for text messages will apply to messages you send and receive. Platinum Edge Services does not charge you for text messages.

2.4 How to stop messages (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also call us at (928) 227-5725 or email info@platinumedgeservices.com to be removed.

2.5 How to get help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message from us and we will reply with our contact information and support instructions. You can also reach a real person by calling (928) 227-5725 or emailing info@platinumedgeservices.com.

2.6 Consent is not a condition of purchase

You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to request a quote, buy a service, or do business with us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

2.7 Privacy of your mobile number

We will not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

2.8 Carriers and delivery

Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please let us know so we do not send messages intended for you to someone else.

3. Quotes, estimates and scheduling

Any price, estimate or quote we provide is based on the information you give us and on what we observe during a site walk. If conditions are materially different when we arrive — heavier soiling, more units than quoted, restricted access, no water or power where we expected it, or site requirements we were not told about — we will contact you before proceeding and either revise the price or reschedule.

Travel charges. Jobs outside our core Prescott-area service radius may include a travel charge. Whether one applies, and how much, is at our discretion and depends on distance, job size and how the visit routes with other work. Any travel charge will be stated in your written quote before work begins; we do not add travel to an invoice after the fact.

Scheduling windows are our good-faith estimate. Weather, freeze conditions, equipment failure and prior-job overruns can move a window. We will tell you as early as we can if a scheduled visit needs to move.

4. Our services and limitations

We provide exterior cleaning services only. We do not perform engine bay degreasing, interior vehicle detailing, upholstery cleaning, paint correction or aircraft interior work.

We use professional equipment, appropriate chemistry and controlled pressure for each surface. Even so, exterior cleaning cannot repair pre-existing damage. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions including but not limited to failing paint or clear coat, oxidation, prior acid etching, loose or lifting decals and wraps, failed seals, cracked or previously damaged glass, deteriorated caulking, rust-through, or improperly installed trim and accessories. If we see a condition that concerns us before we start, we will point it out to you.

Some stains are permanent. Rust bleed, deeply set oil, concrete etching, hard water mineral etching and certain oxidation may improve without fully disappearing. We will tell you honestly what we expect before we take the job.

5. Site access, water and utilities

You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the vehicles, equipment or property to be cleaned, and for telling us about site hazards, environmental requirements, stormwater restrictions, permit conditions and any areas that must not be washed.

Water access is required. We carry our own water tanks and generate our own hot water and pressure, but tank capacity is not sufficient for most full-fleet or large-property jobs. You are responsible for providing access to a working water source, such as a spigot or metered hydrant connection, available and functional at the scheduled time. We do not require access to your electrical power. If water access is limited at your location, tell us before we quote so we can plan around it.

Wash location and runoff. We use recognized best management practices, including phosphate-free biodegradable detergents, pre-sweeping, and wash placement intended to keep wash water out of storm drains. We do not currently operate an on-board wash water reclaim or recovery system. You are responsible for disclosing, before work begins, any stormwater pollution prevention plan, industrial or sanitary discharge permit, containment requirement, or local ordinance applicable to your site, and for designating an approved wash location where one is required. Where your site requires full containment and recovery of wash water, that scope and cost must be agreed in writing in advance, and we may decline work we are not equipped to perform in compliance with your site’s requirements.

6. Payment

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Recurring commercial accounts are typically invoiced monthly on net terms agreed in advance. Past due balances may be subject to a late charge permitted by Arizona law, and we may suspend service on past-due accounts.

7. Cancellation

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. For recurring fleet accounts, either party may end the arrangement with reasonable written notice. We may charge a trip fee if a crew arrives on schedule and is unable to work because access was not provided or the site was not ready, and we were not notified in advance.

8. Insurance and liability

BMP Services, LLC dba Platinum Edge Services carries commercial general liability insurance with a $2,000,000 limit. A certificate of insurance is available on request, and higher limits or additional insured endorsements can be arranged for commercial contracts.

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of use.

Any claim of damage must be reported to us in writing within seven (7) days of the service so we have a fair opportunity to inspect it.

9. Website content

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics and the Platinum Edge Services name and logo, is owned by BMP Services, LLC or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Some photography on this site is illustrative and does not depict a specific customer, vehicle or job site.

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep information accurate and current but do not warrant that everything on the site is complete or error-free.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Yavapai County, Arizona.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site or of our text messaging program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
