Services

Platinum Edge Services provides estimates, scheduling, and service completion based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may depend on property condition, service scope, accessibility, and any additional work requested.

Estimates and Scheduling

Estimates are not guaranteed final prices unless confirmed in writing. Appointment times may vary due to weather, job length, property access, equipment needs, or other scheduling factors.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate service information, safe access to the property, and notifying us of delicate surfaces, existing damage, water access limitations, electrical concerns, pets, locked gates, or other important conditions before service begins.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and giving consent verbally, in person, over the phone, or through a website form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Platinum Edge Services regarding estimates, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, invoices, follow-ups, and customer support.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Your consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing services from Platinum Edge Services.

No Sale of Personal Information

Platinum Edge Services does not sell, rent, or distribute customer personal information or mobile phone information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Payments

Payment is due as agreed upon at the time of service, estimate approval, invoice delivery, or otherwise as agreed. Late or unpaid invoices may result in service delays or collection efforts.

Limitation of Liability

Platinum Edge Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, improperly installed materials, weak surfaces, oxidation, loose paint, failing seals, poor drainage, hidden defects, or conditions not disclosed before service.
